Two little girls were playing in the woods, balancing their way along a log. Both slipped off, one to the right the other to the left. One girl exclaimed that she wished she had never puchased those cheep, no-grip shoes. The other determined in her heart to practice balancing until she could navigate the log without falling.
Both girls grew up and found themsleves struggling in their marriages. One exclaimed her dead beat husband couldn’t keep a love relationship going if his life depended on it. The other looked to grow closer to God, though her marriage remained a struggle. Unwise people blame. Wise people take responsibility.
