Congregational Meeting

As mandated in charity bylaws—all official congregational meetings are to be announced two weeks ahead.
On March 3rd any official members of the congregation can nominate other members to become part of the nominating committee. The nominating committee will consist of Pastor Scott, two elders (Dave B and Ross P) as well as two members. Which two members will serve on the nominating committee? Well that depends on who gets nominated
on that day.

Remember, every one has a voice but only members can nominate and vote. The nominating committee (once formed) will meet together, review
requirements for positions and propose who to elect for open positions on the board of elders as well as less formal positions such as ushers, decorators, kitchen coordinators, etc.
